PRESIDENTS REPORT AUGUST 2026
Welcome to our August General Meeting – and a special welcome to any visitors.
At today’s meeting Catherine Power and Valerie Millerchip will be inducted into our Club.
Last month, our speaker Noel Phelan presented a very interesting talk about Winning the America’s Cup. This month’s speaker, Andrew Rogers, will talk about “Diving down to the Titanic”.
Our Vice-President Grahame gave us a $2:50 trip to the Art Gallery which went well. A few more volunteers to organise similar outings would be appreciated.
Our thanks to Peter and Toni Watson for their effort in making our Christmas in July Lunch a great success. And it’s someone else’s turn for our Christmas lunch.
Don’t forget Gerard’s lunch at Pittwater RSL Thursday 27 August, and Ken’s outing to Woy Woy, Tuesday, 8 September.
